이 방침은 ZEMIZI 포털과 운영팀이 제공하며 이 방침을 연결한 모든 게임에 적용됩니다. 실제 사용하는 기능에 해당하는 항목만 적용되며, 게임별 추가 안내가 있으면 함께 확인해 주세요.

This policy covers the ZEMIZI portal and all games provided by our team that link to it. Each section applies only when that feature is used. Please also read any game-specific notice.

1. 처리하는 정보와 목적

서비스 제공에 필요한 처리는 계약 이행 또는 정당한 이익 등 해당 지역의 적법한 근거에 따르며, 선택적 광고·추적 등 동의가 필요한 처리는 별도 동의를 받습니다. 이 페이지를 읽거나 게임을 이용하는 것만으로 선택적 처리에 동의한 것으로 간주하지 않습니다.

2. Google AdMob 광고와 동의 관리

Google AdMob을 사용하는 게임·버전에서는 Google Mobile Ads SDK와 User Messaging Platform(UMP)이 광고 제공, 광고 성과 측정, 부정 행위 방지 및 동의 선택 관리에 사용됩니다. 광고 기능의 사용 여부는 게임·플랫폼·버전별로 다릅니다.

SDK가 동작하면 IP 주소와 대략적인 위치, 기기·광고 식별자(예: Android 광고 ID, 앱 세트 ID), 앱·광고 상호작용 및 진단 정보가 Google에 전송될 수 있습니다. 이용 가능한 식별자와 개인 맞춤 광고 여부는 동의, 기기 설정 및 SDK 구성에 따라 달라집니다. 개인 맞춤 광고를 거부해도 광고 전달·보안 등에 필요한 일부 처리가 발생할 수 있습니다.

적용 지역에서는 광고 동의 화면에서 허용·거부하거나 설정을 선택할 수 있습니다. 다시 선택하려면 게임 설정에서 제공되는 광고 개인정보 옵션 / Ad privacy options을 이용하세요. 이 항목은 제공자가 재선택을 요구하는 경우 표시됩니다. Android 광고 설정이나 iOS 추적 권한 등 운영체제 설정에서도 관련 선택을 관리할 수 있습니다. 거부하면 일부 광고 또는 광고 보상 기능을 이용하지 못할 수 있습니다.

연령 확인과 광고 선택

이 안내는 이 방침을 연결한 게임 중 연령 확인·광고 기능을 제공하는 게임과 버전에 적용됩니다. 지원 연령, 이용 요금, 보상 조건과 제공 기능은 각 게임과 스토어 안내를 확인해 주세요. 연령 선택은 개인정보 처리에 대한 동의 자체가 아닙니다.

연령 확인: 생년월일 대신 연령대 선택을 요청할 수 있습니다. 기기 내 저장만 사용하는 게임에서는 선택한 범위를 기기에 저장하며 운영자 서버로 전송하지 않습니다. 연령 확인으로 광고 허용 여부를 정하는 게임은 선택 전·13세 미만·연령 미제공 상태에서 광고 동의 요청, 광고 SDK 초기화 또는 광고 요청을 시작하지 않습니다.

청소년 보호: 13~17세 이용자에게 광고를 제공하는 경우 개인 맞춤 광고를 제한하고, 연령에 적합한 광고 콘텐츠 제한 등 보호 설정을 적용합니다. 동의 연령 미만에 대한 처리는 광고 동의 플랫폼과 광고 SDK 양쪽에 적용합니다. 보호 설정이 적용되어도 광고 제공·보안 등에 필요한 SDK 데이터 처리가 모두 없어지는 것은 아닙니다. 광고 제공 가능 여부는 지역별 요건과 제공자의 판단에 따릅니다.

성인과 지역별 동의: 해당 지역에서 필요한 동의·거부·개인정보 선택을 안내하며, 제공자의 동의 시스템에서 광고 요청이 허용된 경우에만 광고를 준비합니다. 광고 서비스에는 연령 보호 분류와 동의 상태 등의 신호가 전달될 수 있으며, 이는 기기에 저장된 연령 선택 자체와 구분됩니다.

선택형 보상 광고: 이용자가 시청을 선택하며, 광고가 준비되는 과정에서 버튼을 누르기 전에도 위에 기재한 SDK 데이터 처리가 일어날 수 있습니다. 보상 조건·수량·횟수 제한과 시청 취소·실패 시 처리는 게임에 표시된 안내를 따릅니다. 광고 시청을 선택하지 않으면 해당 광고의 보상이 제공되지 않을 수 있습니다.

선택 변경과 삭제: 연령 변경이나 광고 개인정보 선택을 지원하는 게임에서는 설정의 관련 메뉴를 이용하세요. 연령 변경 시 준비된 광고와 진행 중 요청을 폐기하고 새 광고 요청을 중단하며, 새 광고 설정을 적용하기 위해 앱 재시작이 필요할 수 있습니다. 이는 이미 외부 서비스로 전달된 정보를 되돌려 삭제하거나 SDK 자체를 즉시 제거하는 기능은 아닙니다. 로컬 플레이 기록 삭제는 게임 진행·연령 선택·제공자가 보관하는 동의 정보나 광고 데이터의 삭제와 범위가 다를 수 있으므로 실행 전 안내를 확인해 주세요. 기기 백업은 별도로 관리해야 할 수 있습니다.

3. 게임 저장과 데이터 관리

게임의 제공 기능에 따라 진행 상황, 점수, 게임 내 재화·아이템, 설정과 플레이 기록 등이 기기 또는 브라우저에 저장될 수 있습니다. 기기 내 저장만 사용하는 게임은 해당 진행 데이터를 운영팀 서버에 자동으로 업로드하지 않습니다. 계정이나 클라우드 저장 기능을 제공하는 경우에는 해당 기능에서 안내하는 데이터와 동기화 범위가 적용됩니다.

플레이 기록의 켜기·끄기, 기록 삭제 또는 저장 초기화를 제공하는 게임에서는 게임의 설정이나 데이터 관리 메뉴를 이용할 수 있습니다. 메뉴 이름과 제공 기능, 삭제 범위는 게임마다 다르므로 실행 전에 표시되는 안내를 확인해 주세요. 앱 제거, 앱 데이터 삭제 또는 브라우저 사이트 데이터 삭제는 저장된 게임 진행도 삭제할 수 있습니다.

운영체제나 계정의 백업 기능으로 사본이 보관될 수 있습니다. 백업의 보관·복구·삭제는 Apple·Google 등 해당 제공자의 설정과 정책을 따르며, 게임 내 기록 삭제와 별도로 관리해야 할 수 있습니다.

4. 쿠키와 기기 저장소

포털은 로그인 세션 유지와 인증 요청 보호에 필요한 쿠키를 사용합니다. 인증 흐름 쿠키의 유효기간은 최대 10분, 로그인 세션의 유효기간은 최대 8시간입니다. 로그아웃 시 해당 세션을 폐기하며 서버 재시작으로 로그인 상태가 해제될 수 있습니다. 게임 진행과 관심 게임 목록은 삭제 전까지 해당 기기의 사이트 저장소에 남을 수 있습니다.

브라우저에서 쿠키·사이트 데이터를 삭제하거나 차단할 수 있습니다. 이 경우 로그인이 풀리거나 로컬 진행이 삭제될 수 있습니다. 이 개인정보처리방침 페이지에는 광고, 분석 또는 동의 수집 스크립트를 넣지 않습니다.

5. 외부 서비스·제공·국외 처리

Google·카카오는 이용자가 선택한 소셜 로그인을 처리하며 각자의 정책도 적용됩니다. 광고가 활성화된 게임에서는 Google 및 동의 화면에 표시된 광고 파트너가 위 광고 정보를 처리합니다. 이메일 문의에는 이메일 제공 서비스가 사용됩니다. 운영팀은 이용자의 개인정보를 판매하지 않습니다. 법령상 의무 이행이나 이용자가 요청한 기능 제공 등 적법한 사유가 있는 범위에서만 정보를 제공합니다.

Google 등 국외 사업자의 서비스 사용 시 관련 정보가 미국 및 해당 사업자가 운영하는 다른 국가의 서버에서 전송·보관·처리될 수 있습니다. 항목과 목적은 위 외부 서비스 설명을, 사업자의 처리 위치·보관 및 보호 조치는 각 정책을 확인해 주세요. 관련 법령에 따라 별도 고지나 동의가 필요한 경우 해당 기능에서 안내합니다.

6. 보유·삭제와 안전성

기기 내 데이터는 이용자가 앱·사이트 데이터를 지우거나 게임의 삭제 기능을 사용할 때까지 유지될 수 있습니다. 백업은 기기·계정 제공자의 별도 보관 기준을 따릅니다. 서버 로그인 정보는 세션 운영에 필요한 기간 처리합니다. 문의와 보안 기록은 해당 응대·보안 목적에 필요한 기간에 한해 보유하고, 목적 달성 후 삭제하거나 개인을 식별할 수 없도록 처리합니다. 법령 또는 분쟁 대응 때문에 보존해야 하는 경우 필요한 정보만 해당 기간 동안 분리하여 보관합니다. 외부 제공자가 직접 처리하는 정보는 해당 정책의 보관 기준을 따릅니다.

운영팀은 접근 권한 제한과 HTTPS 등 필요한 보호 조치를 적용합니다. 삭제 대상 전자 기록은 복구하기 어렵도록 삭제하고, 인쇄물이 있는 경우 파쇄합니다. 로컬 데이터는 운영팀이 원격으로 삭제할 수 없으므로 아래 기기 삭제 방법을 이용해 주세요.

7. 이용자와 법정대리인의 권리

이용자 또는 법정대리인은 운영팀이 보유한 개인정보의 열람, 정정, 삭제, 처리 제한 및 동의 철회를 아래 연락처로 요청할 수 있습니다. 적용 법령이 정한 범위에서는 이동·이의 제기도 요청할 수 있습니다. 요청 처리에 필요한 최소한의 본인 확인을 거쳐 응답하며, 법적 보존 의무 등으로 이행할 수 없는 경우 그 이유를 안내합니다.

로컬 기록은 게임의 데이터 설정 또는 기기의 앱·사이트 데이터 관리에서 직접 삭제할 수 있습니다. 소셜 로그인 연결과 외부 제공자의 데이터는 해당 계정 설정에서도 관리할 수 있습니다. 광고 동의 변경은 위 광고 개인정보 옵션을 이용해 주세요. 동의 철회는 철회 전 적법한 처리의 효력에 영향을 주지 않습니다.

8. 아동의 개인정보

게임의 스토어 연령 등급은 개인정보 처리 동의를 대신하지 않습니다. 법정대리인 동의가 필요한 아동의 정보를 동의 없이 의도적으로 수집하지 않습니다. 해당 정보가 제공되었다고 판단되면 아래 연락처로 알려 주세요. 확인 후 필요한 삭제·보호 조치를 진행합니다. 게임별 이용 연령과 아동 대상 기능에 관한 별도 안내가 있는 경우 함께 적용됩니다.

9. 변경 안내

게임별 기능·SDK 또는 처리 내용이 바뀌면 이 페이지의 내용과 최종 수정일을 갱신합니다. 법령상 사전 안내나 별도 동의가 필요한 변경은 게임 또는 포털에서 추가로 알립니다. 새로운 게임도 이 정책을 연결해 사용할 수 있으며, 공통 설명과 다른 처리에는 해당 게임의 추가 안내가 적용됩니다.

1. Information and purposes

Processing necessary to provide services relies on an applicable legal basis, such as performance of a contract or legitimate interests. Where required, optional advertising or tracking uses separate consent. Reading this policy or using a game does not itself consent to optional processing.

2. Google AdMob and consent

Games and versions using AdMob use Google Mobile Ads and the User Messaging Platform (UMP) for ads, measurement, fraud prevention and consent choices. Availability varies by game, platform and version.

When active, these services may send Google your IP address and approximate location, device/advertising identifiers (such as Android advertising ID and app set ID), app/ad interactions and diagnostics. Identifiers and personalization depend on consent, device settings and SDK configuration. Declining personalization may still allow processing needed for delivery or security.

Where applicable, use the consent form to accept, decline or customize your choices. To revisit choices, use Ad privacy options in game settings when the provider requires that entry. Device controls such as Android advertising settings and iOS tracking permissions provide further options. Declining may make some ads or ad-funded rewards unavailable.

Age checks and advertising choices

This notice applies to games and versions that link to this policy and provide age checks or advertising features. See each game's and store's notices for supported ages, pricing, reward conditions and available features. Choosing an age range is not consent to data processing.

Age checks: A game may ask for an age range instead of a birthday. Games using local-only storage keep that range on your device and do not send it to our servers. Games that use an age check to determine advertising eligibility do not start ad consent requests, ad SDK initialization or ad requests before a choice, for under 13, or without a disclosed age.

Teen protection: When ads are offered to users aged 13–17, personalized advertising is restricted and protections such as age-appropriate ad content limits apply. Under-consent treatment is applied separately to both the consent platform and the ad SDK. Protective settings do not eliminate all SDK processing needed for ad delivery, security or related purposes. Ad availability depends on regional requirements and the provider.

Adults and regional consent: Applicable regional consent, refusal and privacy choices are presented, and ads are prepared only when the provider's consent system permits ad requests. Age-protection classifications and consent signals may be passed to advertising services; these differ from the age choice stored on your device.

Optional rewarded ads: You choose whether to watch. Preparing an ad may involve the SDK processing described above before you tap its reward button. Reward conditions, amounts, limits and cancellation or failure handling follow the notice shown in the game. If you choose not to watch, that ad's reward may be unavailable.

Changing choices and deleting data: Where a game supports changing your age range or advertising privacy choices, use the relevant settings menu. An age change discards cached ads and pending requests and stops new ad requests; applying the new advertising profile may require restarting the app. This does not erase information already sent to providers or immediately remove the native SDK. Deleting local play records may have a different scope from deleting progress, your age choice, or provider-held consent and ad data; read the notice before proceeding. Device backups may require separate management.

3. Game saves and data controls

Depending on the features provided, games may store progress, scores, in-game currency and items, preferences and play records on your device or in browser storage. Games using only local saves do not automatically upload that progress to our servers. If a game offers accounts or cloud saves, the data and synchronization scope described for that feature apply.

Where a game provides play-record preferences, record deletion or save reset, use its settings or data controls. Menu names, available controls and the scope of deletion vary by game; read the notice shown before proceeding. Removing an app, clearing app data or clearing browser site data may also delete saved progress.

Operating-system or account backups may retain copies. Backup retention, restoration and deletion follow Apple, Google or the relevant provider's settings and policies and may require separate management from in-game record deletion.

4. Cookies and device storage

The portal uses cookies for sign-in sessions and OAuth request protection. The authentication-flow cookie lasts up to 10 minutes and the sign-in session up to 8 hours. Logging out revokes that session; server restarts may also end it. Local progress and favorites may remain in site storage until you remove them.

You can block or clear cookies/site data in your browser, which may sign you out or delete progress. This privacy-policy page contains no advertising, analytics or consent-collection scripts.

5. Providers, disclosure and international processing

Google and Kakao handle the social sign-in you choose under their own policies. In games with ads enabled, Google and the advertising partners listed in the consent form process the advertising information above. Email providers handle support correspondence. We do not sell your personal information. Disclosures are limited to lawful grounds such as required legal compliance or the features you request.

Using providers such as Google may transfer, store or process relevant data in the United States and other countries where they operate. The sections above describe the data and purposes; provider policies describe their processing locations, retention and safeguards. A feature will provide additional notice or consent where applicable law requires it.

6. Retention, deletion and security

On-device data may remain until you clear app/site data or use an available in-game deletion function. Backups follow the device/account provider's separate retention rules. Server sign-in information is processed as needed for sessions. Support and security records are retained only as needed for their purpose, then deleted or de-identified. If law or a dispute requires retention, only necessary information is kept separately for that period. Information handled directly by external providers follows their retention policies.

We use appropriate measures including restricted access and HTTPS. Electronic records due for deletion are removed in a manner intended to prevent recovery; paper records, if any, are shredded. We cannot remotely erase your local saves; use the device controls described here.

7. Your rights

You or your legal representative can contact us to request access, correction, deletion, restriction or withdrawal of consent for information we hold. Portability and objection rights apply where provided by law. We may request minimal verification and will explain if a legal obligation prevents us from fulfilling a request.

Delete local records in game settings or device/browser data controls. Manage social connections and provider-held data in the relevant account settings. Use ad privacy options to change advertising consent. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing. You may complain to your local data protection authority.

8. Children

A store age rating does not replace privacy consent. We do not knowingly collect information from children requiring parental consent without that consent. If you believe such information was provided, contact us so we can assess it and take appropriate deletion/protection measures. Any game-specific age or child-directed feature notice also applies.

9. Updates

We update this page and its revision date when features, SDKs or data practices change. Changes requiring advance notice or separate consent will receive additional in-game or portal notice. New games may link to this common policy; practices differing from it require a game-specific notice.
